Vendor Choice is the first cornerstone of the EBS benefits management philosophy. This is the process that we go through to identify what carriers and what benefit strategy we would recommend.

EBS Advisors is a national company, and is licensed with insurance companies from coast to coast. Vendor Choice is the process of externally bidding the group benefits, and identifying the “vendors” or insurance companies, that best meet our client’s needs, based on a complete market search. An “EBS Health & Welfare Analysis” is then created from the results of that search, to include a comparison of cost, quality indicators, (HEDIS, NCQA, satisfaction surveys), a network analysis, and detailed side by side benefit comparisons for each benefit option, that is being evaluated.

EBS Advisors will provide specific advice pertaining to plan design, contribution strategy, and structure that will not only meet budget numbers, we create customized strategies, that will impact and bend the cost curve in future in years.
